Yesterday I took part in first Agile Azerbaijan International Summit organized by founder of Agile Azerbaijan Community Narmina Aliyeva and CEO of Agile Solutions Azerbaijan Ilgar Alizada, main sponsor of event was SOCAR.

Is this a real soul of Agile? We need to improve the way how Agile has developed. This session is a retrospective of Suha's Agile experience.
